Returns & Refund Policy

At Nyxia Ltd (trading as Nyxia, nyxia.co.uk), we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under UK law.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

2. Returns window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Body jewellery (including septum clickers, nipple bars, and nose hangers) that has been opened or worn

• Items marked as final sale

4. Free returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. You do not need to pay anything to return your item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days after approval, please contact us at admin@nyxia.co.uk.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
