Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nyxia (nyxia.co.uk). Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once payment is successful, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. UK delivery
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Delivery is free on all UK orders
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.
3. International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to UK addresses only. If you are based outside the UK, please check back in the future as we plan to expand.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@nyxia.co.uk.
5. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at admin@nyxia.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We are unable to raise a lost parcel claim with the carrier until 10 business days have passed since dispatch.
7. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nyxia.co.uk. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate.
